This puzzle focuses on the negative emotions of fury and the white-hot rage Medea unleashes because of her husband’s betrayal and breaking of their marriage. Rage blooms and festers and grows into things more complex when a heart is broken. Underneath all that rage is pain and hurt, and when restrain gives way a dangerous woman is let loose.

This puzzle focuses on the negative emotion of despair from Heralces brought on by the tragic loss of the ones he loves at his own hands. Negative emotion stalls him from moving forward and brings out his tendency to have childlike tantrums.

For me corn fields carry connotations of being paranormal and full of the unknown evils of the world because of horror movies such as Jeepers Creepers, and general conspiracy theories. They are a liminal space of reality that acts like a place of limbo for many things, human or not.

Connecting liminal spaces.

Periphery means outside the boundary of something, where reality sometimes warps for just a second, and when you fully turn your gaze to look upon it, whatever you saw was just the trick of the eye.

Often places like subway stations make me feel on edge because they are physical acts of transition. There’s an electric feeling in the air that makes even a quite harmless subway station seem to like it’s about to give way to something more.

It’s that feeling in your chest; a region of space having a gravitational field so intense that no matter of radiation can escape; a place where people, things, money, and especially time, disappear without a trace.

“After the world’s end, the last young human learns a final lesson from Earth’s remaining animals.” No Flight Without the Shatter is an original short story written by Brooke Bolander.

Inspired by the story written by Bolander featuring animals that are facing extinction because of the acts of humans, as pieces of origami.

To Kill a Mockingbird written by Harper Lee was published 1960. The plot revolves around the ongoings of the small town of Maycomb, Alabama during the great depression through the eyes of a 10 year old girl. Major themes being the coexistence of good and evil of the human moral code of the towns people.
